Hello! My name is Wynter Symone and I bake sweets. When I was 10, I loved watching baking shows! I kept a journal and wrote down recipes so I could practice baking them. One day, I told my parents that I wanted to be a baker, and they enrolled me in baking classes at local bakeries. Everyone loved my sweets, so I decided to start my own company!

After taking several classes, my parents asked the teacher to instruct me one-on-one. She agreed. Today, I have taken hundreds of classes and have taught a few too. When I am not baking, I am singing, dancing, or reading horror stories.
